Throughout her career, Randi has served as a riding instructor, clinician, program developer, and industry leader. She has trained and certified hundreds of professionals across multiple states and disciplines, including Dressage, Hunt Seat, Jumpers, Western, Pleasure, and Recreational Riding. She is the founder of the Horse and Rider Awareness® Programs and has produced national and regional champions in multiple disciplines.
